Touski

A day-to-night neighbourhood bistro rooted in European influence, the name “Touski" is drawn from Québécois slang meaning “everything there is”.

The branding draws on the space's history as a flower shop and founder Lina Caschetto's personal connection to Paris, weaving in floral imagery and nods to Impressionism; an art movement born in Paris.

Meanwhile, the color palette shifts from light to dark, reflecting the day to night transition in the restaurant’s offerings; a menu that changes often and maximizes each component.
