Aburi Tora

Tora is the first modern Japanese sushi train concept of its kind in Canada. The design is inspired by the client's positioning statement ‘Japanese tradition meets technology', with the interior referencing underwater themes and science fiction to transport diners into a different world.

Working in-house at G&W, I designed a digital menu where customers can order food, track their orders, pay for the bill and call for servers. In addition, I also designed Tora'sand print menus.
